Operation Blessing International (OBI), an international humanitarian relief and development organization, is seeking a highly-motivated Manager of International Gifts-in-Kind (GIK) to manage communications with OBI global partner ministries, focusing on GIK medicine needs and medicine/medical supply distribution. This individual will join a passionate team in making sure that our new international “Adopt-a-Hospital” program has great success and will solve a real need.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of gifts-in-kind (GIK) for non-profit organization
- Solid project management, goal setting and strategic planning skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with professional-level fluency
- Excellent multi-cultural written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong MS Office computer skills
- Ability to effectively interface and relate at all social, cultural, individual, government and corporate levels
- Excellent organizational, decision making, logistical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and function as an effective member of a team player
- Ability to travel internationally
